We feel that in the space of 30 nights you have ample time to sleep on it, eyeball it, touch it, feel it, and really make sure it's the mattress you want. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, carefully repack the product in the original boxes and return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, or any other hidden fees for that matter. We do ask that you return the product in original condition (no damage, soil spots, hair remains, etc.). If you are even vaguely considering returning your mattress, please make sure you take care of it. We will not refund any mattress, which appears “used.”
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you do decide to return a product to Rocky Mountain Mattress, make sure to contact us for return authorization, complete return instructions, and the correct shipping address.
Adjustable frames, pillows, accessories, and mattress toppers are non-refundable.
