Your purchase is backed by our 30 Night Satisfaction Guarantee, which gives you a full 30 nights to sleep on and enjoy your mattress in order to ensure that it is the right one for you. Your 30 Night Satisfaction Guarantee begins on the day of delivery.

Sleep on it, roll on it, relax on it – even have someone serve you breakfast in it – and if you decide that the mattress is not for you, returning or exchanging your mattress is easy! Simply repack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to Rocky Mountain Mattress. We will issue a refund of the full purchase price with no re-stocking fees or other hidden charges.

Terms of Policy

1. All components of the product must be returned in their original condition. Items with tears, stains, punctures, soil spots, hair remains, or any other damage or signs of use will not be accepted. The product must be in the original, new condition in which it was shipped. All components of the product must be returned to Rocky Mountain Mattress within 10 days of the customer receiving a return authorization number.

2. The customer is responsible for return shipping, including any and all shipping fees. Please contact us in advance if you plan on returning your mattress, and we will provide complete return instructions and the correct shipping address.

3. Any promotional items received with your order must be returned with the purchased product. If a customer fails to return promotional products, the retail value of the free or promotional item will be billed to the customer’s account.

**The 30 Night Satisfaction Guarantee is not available on adjustable frames, pillows, accessories, and mattress toppers. These items are non-refundable.

**All Custom Mattress Orders are non-refundable. Custom mattresses are defined as any mattress that is not a standard size and/or a mattress altered, arranged, or modified in any way differing from a standard manufactured model offered by Rocky Mountain Mattress. All custom mattress sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully. By placing your Rocky Mountain Mattress order, you agree to the following:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Orders that are cancelled within 24 of being placed are not subject to a cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours and have not shipped: Orders under $500 that are cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed will be assessed a $14 cancellation fee. Those over $500 cancelled after 24 hours will be assessed a $34 cancellation fee.
Orders that are cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped are subject to all associated shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee.
Custom mattress orders cannot be cancelled once they have been cut.
