Rocky Mountain Mattress guarantees that our prices are the lowest prices on the Internet for Bayer® and Foamex® memory foam (including SenSus, Aerus, Energia, Venus). You are receiving the best price available on these quality products. If you do find a better price on a Foamex® memory foam, and can meet the qualifications below, we will match the price or give you the difference on a previously purchased Foamex ® product.

Price Match Guarantee Qualifications:

1. The memory foam product must be the same make, model, and size as the one purchased at Rocky Mountain Mattress.
2. The merchant offering the lower price must be an “internet seller” (as determined by RMM) and must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
3. The product in question cannot be; part of a “one of a kind” offer, a close out item, a refurbished product, sold on an auction site, or a clearance or liquidation item.
4. We can not match taxes or typographical mistakes.
