Today we thought we would post a few pictures of two custom made mattresses, which we manufactured last week. The two beds photographed below are custom RV mattresses. You will notice that each of these beds is designed for a unique purpose. RV mattresses can be tricky to make because some require angled corners in order to fit properly inside the RV, while others must be able to fold in half to accommodate the pull-out platforms used in many popular RV’s. (These RV mattresses must be able to fold in to a “cushion” for storage during the day, and able to fold out into a mattress for sleeping at night.)

The mattress with an angled corner is a memory foam mattress comparable to our 10″ Sundance Memory Foam Mattress. The folded mattress is actually made from all natural latex.

These are just two examples of the many custom mattresses made by Rocky Mountain Mattress each week.
