This blog posting is an effort to encourage our customers to take advantage of that offer, because experience has shown customers who fail to take advantage of the offer, often later will regret that decision.
For example, we received a call from a customer this week whom had ordered memory foam mattress toppers from us on two different occasions during the past month. On her first order, she declined the free pillow offer, but on her second order she decided to accept the offer. When she received the pillow, she was so impressed with the comfort and quality that she immediately called our store and asked if she could purchase two more of the pillows!
